Brian P. Friedman
Mr. Friedman
is President of Jefferies Capital Partners and Chairman of the Executive
Committee of Jefferies & Company, Inc. Mr. Friedman founded Jefferies
Capital Partners, formerly known as ING Furman Selz Investments, in 1994.
Mr. Friedman had joined Furman Selz LLC's Investment Banking Division
at its inception in 1984 and was Head of the Division from 1987 through
1994. Mr. Friedman served as a member of Furman Selz LLC's Board of Directors,
and Management and Operating Committees. Mr. Friedman previously was an
attorney with Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen and Katz. Mr. Friedman received
both a B.S. in Economics summa cum laude and an M.S. in Accounting from
The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from
Columbia University School of Law. Mr. Friedman is a C.P.A. and a member
of the bar of the State of New York.
James L. Luikart
Mr. Luikart is Executive Vice President of Jefferies Capital Partners.
Mr. Luikart joined Jefferies Capital Partners in 1994 after spending over
twenty years with Citicorp, the last seven years of which were as Vice
President of Citicorp Venture Capital, Ltd. Mr. Luikart received a B.A.
in History magna cum laude from Yale University and an M.I.A. from Columbia
University.
Roy L. Furman
Mr. Furman is Vice Chairman of Jefferies & Company, Inc. and Chairman
of Jefferies Capital Partners. In 1973, Mr. Furman co-founded Furman
Selz LLC, an international investment banking, institutional brokerage
and money-management firm, which was acquired by ING Groep N.V. in
1997. He served as President of Furman Selz until 1997. He then served
as Vice Chairman of ING Barings. Mr. Furman received a B.A. from Brooklyn
College and an L.L.B. from Harvard Law School.
Vincent
J. Cebula
Mr. Cebula is a Managing
Director of Jefferies Capital Partners. He joined Jefferies Capital Partners
in 2007 after spending over twelveyears with Oaktree Capital Management
where he was a Managing Director in the Principal Opportunities group
of funds that exceeded $6 billion in committed
capital. Prior to that, he was an executive of a publicly traded company
for four years and a banker at Drexel Burnham Lambert for four years.
Mr. Cebula received a B.S. Economics summa cum laude from The Wharton
School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Nicholas Daraviras
Mr. Daraviras is a Managing Director of Jefferies Capital Partners. Prior
to joining Jefferies Capital Partners in 1996, Mr. Daraviras was an equity
research analyst focusing on small capitalization emerging growth stocks,
most recently for Oppenheimer & Co. Mr. Daraviras graduated as a Wharton
Scholar and received his B.S. and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of
the University of Pennsylvania.
James J. Dowling
Mr. Dowling is a Managing Director of Jefferies Capital Partners. Prior
to joining Jefferies Capital Partners in 2002, Mr. Dowling was a senior
securities research analyst specializing in the transportation industry,
portfolio manager and investment banker with Furman Selz LLC and its successors
for over eighteen years. Mr. Dowling was previously a securities research
analyst for 15 years with Shearson and its predecessors. Mr. Dowling received
his B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
George R. Hutchinson
Mr. Hutchinson is a Managing Director of Jefferies Capital Partners. He
joined Jefferies Capital Partners in 2008. He has over 25 years of
experience in energy finance, achieving success on both the buy-side and
sell-side. Prior to JCP, he was Senior Managing Director at Jefferies
Randall & Dewey (Houston) and headed the Houston office of Friedman
Billings & Ramsey. On the buy side, he was Managing Director and Senior
Portfolio Manager for The Trust Company of the West's Houston energy office
for 14 years. He invested and raised mezzanine and equity capital for
seven TCW funds. Prior to TCW, Mr. Hutchinson was Senior Corporate Finance
Officer for Huntington Bancshares. Mr. Hutchinson received a B.S. from
Boston University School of Management. He serves on the board of Patara
Oil & Gas and Tecton Energy.
Stuart B. Katz
Mr. Katz is a Managing Director of Jefferies Capital Partners. Prior to
joining Jefferies Capital Partners in 2001, Mr. Katz was an investment
banker with Furman Selz LLC and its successors for over sixteen years.
Mr. Katz was previously an attorney with the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers.
Mr. Katz received a B.S. in engineering from Cornell University and a
J.D. from Fordham Law School. Mr. Katz is a member of the bar of the State
of New York.
Juliana Ying Wu, C.P.A.
Ms. Wu is the Chief Financial Officer of Jefferies Capital Partners. She
joined Jefferies Capital Partners in 2009 after spending seven years with
Morgan Stanley where she was a Vice President responsible for the
accounting and reporting of the firm?s flagship real estate private equity
funds (MSREF). Prior to Morgan Stanley, Ms. Wu was a Controller at Credit
Suisse Asset Management?s hedge fund group. Ms. Wu also spent over four
years at Ernst & Young specializing in audits of various clients in the
Financial Services industry. Ms. Wu holds a BBA in Accounting, Summa Cum
Laude, from Baruch College and is a Certified Public Accountant. She was
awarded the NYS Society of CPAs Charles Waldo Haskins Memorial Award in
1997.
Seth Eliot Wilson
Mr. Wilson is a Managing Director of Jefferies Capital Partners. Prior
to joining Jefferies Capital Partners in 1994, Mr. Wilson was employed
in Furman Selz LLC's Investment Banking Division. Mr. Wilson received
an A.B. cum laude from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford
University Graduate School of Business.
Kevin M. Kilcullen, Vice President
Mr. Kilcullen is a Vice President of Jefferies Capital Partners. Prior to
joining Jefferies Capital Partners in 2001, Mr. Kilcullen worked in the
Retail, Leisure and Consumer Products Group of ING Barings Furman Selz's
Investment Banking Division. Mr. Kilcullen received his A.B. cum laude
from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School.
