AmeriFIT has introduced a series of distinctive specialty herbs as well as numerous women's wellness, cough and cold, and joint care products. Amerifit Nutrition was sold in 2005.
Au Bon Pain - operated company-owned and franchised bakery-cafes located mainly in high-density commercial sections of metropolitan areas. Au Bon Pain was acquired by Compass Group PLC in 2000.

K-sea Transportation completed an initial public offering in as a Master Limited Partnership in 2004.
